Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order on the same day it is placed, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Email lavenue.korea@gmail.com right away with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."
Once an order has been shipped or handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. If you refuse or fail to receive a shipped order, any refund is handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Changes to an Order
We cannot change the address, quantity, or products on an order once it is submitted. If you need a change, request a cancellation the same day and place a new order.
